Shipping policy

This page explains how we process and ship orders at AtelierVivant, operated by VOGUE CARRY LLC. Please read through before placing your order so you know what to expect.


1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 states.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your address, email us at support@ateliervivant.com before placing your order and we will confirm.


2. Shipping rates

  • Orders under $50: flat rate $5.00
  • Orders $50.00 and above: free standard shipping

The free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal before taxes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code is needed.

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package size.


3. Delivery timeframe

Your total delivery time has two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. After your order is placed, we verify payment and prepare your item for shipment. This typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping time: 5 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location within the contiguous U.S.

Total estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order.

These are estimates based on typical carrier performance. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and circumstances outside our control.


4. Order cutoff time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Example: an order placed on Friday at 3:30 PM will begin processing on Monday.

During high-volume periods such as major holidays, processing may take one additional business day. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email.


5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use that link to follow your package through delivery.

6. If something goes wrong

Most orders arrive without issues. When they do not, here is what to do.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order:

  • Arrived damaged or appeared tampered with
  • Is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe
  • Shows as delivered but was not received

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please have the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos or video if the item or packaging is damaged

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
  2. Wait one additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
  3. If still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate

We will do our best to resolve shipping issues, but we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.


7. Delays outside our control

Occasionally, shipping timelines are affected by factors we cannot control, including weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping periods such as major holidays.

If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at support@ateliervivant.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and follow up with you.
